How to edit references

 

Quick Steps: Highlight reference. Right-click. > Edit Reference > Edit where needed > File > Close Reference > Yes to Save.

Step-by-Step:

  1. Highlight the reference you want to edit, and go into editing mode by selecting References > Edit Reference from the top menu bar. Alternatively, select CTRL+E.

     

  2. Select the field that requires editing. Make the necessary changes.

     

  3. Save your changes by selecting File > Close Reference > Yes to save your changes. Alternatively, Ctrl + S on your keyboard.

Q. I often have to manually change the case to match my citation style. Is there a shortcut?

A. Yes!

Highlight the text >  Aa icon  > Select required case.
