Description: | 448 Telfair St. is in the historic downtown corridor of Telfair street that was historically populated by government buildings and homes of wealthy businessmen. This residence, located near the courthouse has been used as professional office space for at least the last half of the 20th century and early 21st. At the time of this photo (unknown - probably circa 1960s) it appears to be occupied by two law offices and an advertising agency.
