Description:

Built in the 18th century as an inn on the southwest corner of Greene and McIntosh (now 7th) street. The house was moved to Pine Needle Road at Comfort Road in 1930. This photo can be found in Yesterday's Augusta by A Ray Rowland and Helen Callahan published in 1976 (p. 72).

This note originally stated the building as the Planter's Inn, that was an error. The image is of the Kilpatrick House.
