Description: Scene of Broad St around late 1949 or early 1950. Includes the Miller Theater, the Herald Building, the Imperial Theater and the Confederate Memorial. The Miller Theater marquee is advertising “Always Leave Them Laughing” with Milton Berle and Virgina Mayo, which was released in November of 1949. The Imperial Theater is advertising “Down Dokota Way” with Roy Rogers and Dale Evans which was released in September of 1949.
